Parties and other celebrations can be overwhelming but also tiring. However, our dogs never disappoint us when we chose to spend time with them.

New Year’s Eve is the last party we celebrate before the new year start. We party, drink, dance, sing and see fireworks but unfortunately, for our fur babies, this celebration can sound more like a nightmare than a party. If your dog is easy scares by loud noises or doesn’t want to surround by a lot of people it’s better to just stay at home and cuddle on the couch than to bring them out on New Year’s Eve, I would like to share with you the 5 Ways to Celebrate the New Year with Your Dog!

1. DIY Yummy Treats

On every occasion, there are always a lot of tasty treats and cocktails, don’t leave your fur babies out of the deliciousness. Make simple DIY treats for your dogs.

2. Host A Dog Paw-ty

A dog party is a perfect plan for you and your friends, Your fur baby will be able to socialize with other dogs and you will meet your friend too. You can even serve DIY yummy treats, and of course, real drinks and foods for you and your co-fur parents.

3. New Year’s Best Dress-Up

You can still both get dressed up and swag even you’re staying at home on New Year’s Eve, put some cute New Year’s hats for the both of you and your fur baby, a matching hat will be so cute! or if your dog isn’t the hat-wearing type, a festive collar looks just as cute and can be more comfortable for some dogs. Take tons of social media-worthy pics of your pets and have fun posting adorable pics to Instagram or Facebook.

4. Cuddle on the Couch

A comfy and relaxing night at home is the best way to celebrate with your dog, you can cuddle up together on the couch and put on a marathon of your favorite movies from the year or just listening to relaxing song. It is much better if it goes with treats too for both of you.

5. Build A Comfy Blanket Fort

It’s a good idea to create a super comfortable space for your dog. Build a nice, comfy blanket fort for you and your dog to hide out in. It’s the perfect spot to watch your movie marathon together. When the fireworks start going off, you’ll all be tough inside your cozy, secret fort, your dog will feel safe as well.
