The Alaskan Klee Kai is a breed of dog resembles to the larger Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky, they were developed in Alaska in the year of 1970s to 1980s. Klee Kai waa good as a life companion rather than a working dog or sled dog, they are small, smart, and energetic.

Alaskan Klee Kai Appearance

Alaskan Klee Kai comes in three different sizes, the toy, miniature, and standard size. The small size weighs around 2.28 kg while the larger size weighs around 9.98 kg. but most of Klee Kai dog weighs around 4.54 to 6.80 kg. The toy Klee Kai height is up to 13 inches, while miniatures are 13 to 15 inches, and standards are 15 to 17 inches. Alaskan Klee Kai coat is double coats, there are a short, soft undercoat and a longer, coarser outer coat that protect dogs from extreme weather. The standard color of their fur is red and white, black and white, or gray and white.

Like other breeds of dogs, it is recommended to brush their fur daily.
