Rottweiler Appearance

Rottweiler has a solidly muscled body, with large head and distinctively handsome black-and-tan marking that appear over the eyes, cheeks, on each side of the muzzle, chest and legs, and beneath the tail. They have a short double coat that is straight and coarse. Even though they don’t have a thick coat like other breeds of dog, it is still advisable to bathe and groom them as necessary, used the right shampoo and conditioner for their fur to make it soft, silky, and smell good.

They don’t have a thick coat that will protect them from extreme weather conditions if it is summer season make sure to put some sunscreen on their body that is prone to sunburn, and if it is winter season make them wear a jacket to keep them warm.

Dog Ear Infections is a common condition in dogs that can affect one or both ears, check their ears at least once to twice a week for redness or a bad odor it is an indication of infections. To prevent ear infections in dogs always make sure that it is clean, use a dog ear cleaner and gently wipe it using a cotton ball dampened with an ear cleaner to your dog’s ears.

Rottweilers are very loyal, loving, and protective dog. They are highly adaptable to almost any environment, very intelligent, and easy to train and discipline.

If your dog is suffering from eye inflammation in the outer skin and middle (muscle, connective tissue, and glands) of the eyes it is classified as Blepharitis, and if your dog is suffering from eye inflammation in the iris and ciliary body of the uvea of the eye it is classified as anterior uveitis, this may affect your dog’s vision and needs meditate veterinarian attention.
