About Smooth Fox Terrier

The Smooth Fox Terrier is one of the two types of Fox Terrier breed of dog originated in Britain. Known as the “gentleman of the terrier world,” they are very sociable, but because of their high energy, they are not recommended for first-time dog owners to pet.

Smooth Fox Terrier Appearance

Smooth Fox Terrier have smooth, hard, dense, short coats that shed very little. The head of this breed is long and wedge-shaped, with small, dark eyes and ears that are v-shaped. The dense, flat coat is predominantly white, with black, tan, or black-and-tan markings. These cleverly made hunters are strong and sturdy, but never coarse and clunky. Like other breeds of dog, it is still advisable to bathe and groom them as necessary, use the right shampoo and conditioner for their fur to make it soft, silky, and smell good.
